In-recruiting is a web-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage and streamline the entire recruiting process—from posting vacancies to candidate selection—all-in-one solution. The platform primarily automates the repetitive tasks such as screening résumés, scheduling interviews with candidates or sending communication emails on behalf of the recruiting companies. Cocciardo highlights an instance when In-recruiting assisted ManpowerGroup—the third-largest staffing firm in the world—in high-volume hiring as an HR Official Premium Partner for Expo Milano 2015. To manage and identify the best candidates out of over 20,000 applicants per vacancy, ManpowerGroup chose In-recruiting for handling the whole technical aspect of their recruiting and hiring process. All applications previously submitted to the website of Expo Milano 2015 and ManpowerGroup were automatically fed into a unique new database so that candidates could apply to the new selection panel. In-recruiting further helped the client streamline the entire process by integrating a tailor-made ATS into a third-party solutions for conducting online assessments, payroll and training.
